Day 1 – Healthy Disciplines

It was a good day.  I really enjoyed having a checklist of healthy behaviours to go through to keep me on track all day.

I fasted most of the day as I really kept asking myself if I was really hungry.  I wasn’t so I did not eat.  I had lots of energy for taking the kids to the pool later in the day.
